Appointment Cancellation Policy: Same day cancellations will incur a 50% charge of original services booked. No call/ No show to booked appointments will incur a 100% charge of original services booked. (*Exception for Covid symptoms, please communicate this reason to our front desk team when cancelling same day.) We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your services at Broome Street Society. If you are unhappy with a service provided, please allow us to do a complimentary adjustment. As courtesy, we request that adjustments are requested within 7 days of initial service time. We do not offer refunds for any hair, waxing, nails, spray tan or any other beauty services.
