    fill out the form below and please include the specific hair service you are looking for as well as a current photo of your hair and a photo of the hair you would like to have. submissions without photos will not be considered. submission is not a guarantee of service and all educational services are subject to a model fee. if you are contacted by an apprentice to be a model they will notify you of the service cost before your appointment. all models must sign a release form before service begins.
